Located in the stunning Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, Brunello’s new menu draws inspiration from the lively spirit of summer and pays homage to the ocean with dishes that harmoniously blend colourful and vibrant flavours with fresh and flavoursome seafood.
Guests can expect to indulge in five thoughtfully curated courses that feature dishes that balance texture and flavour such as prawn and scallop tartare and delicate sea bream fillet. For dessert, the menu offers a sweet indulgence of coconut and chocolate mousse paired with mango marmalade.
