Event and venue policies
- Gates open at 17:00.
- Free access for visitors aged 5 and under, and People of Determination.
- Ticket required for all other visitors.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- No refunds or exchanges after ticket purchase.
- Expo City Dubai may modify operating days and hours.
- Admission is valid only for the purchased day.
- The mosque, bathrooms, and iftars are outside the ticketed area, allowing re-entry on the ticketed day.
- Professional photography or videography is not allowed.
- Prohibited items inside the ticketed area: bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, and trolleys.
- Pet-friendly venue; only service animals allowed inside the ticketed area.
- Ticket purchase grants Expo City Dubai permission to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes.
- Optimal parking and transportation options: Dubai Metro Red Line (Expo 2020 station) and Sustainability Parking.
