Launching with flair on Thursday, April 24 at 7 PM, Dreams of Spring is not your average “stare at a painting and pretend you get it” situation. Hosted by Al Habtoor Palace Dubai in collaboration with Andakulova Gallery and Legends Art Club, and under the patronage of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Dubai — this exhibit is about to make a serious statement.
