Aman Dubai has officially broken ground on the Dubai Peninsula, marking the brand’s first property in the city. Located along the Jumeirah coastline, the project will feature an Aman hotel. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects across nine acres of private gardens, Aman Dubai is positioned as one of the most exclusive waterfront developments in the city. Aman Dubai is a hotel and branded residence project coming up on the Dubai Peninsula along the Jumeirah coastline. Aman Group Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin described the project as a combination of urban and resort living. He pointed to the relationship between the architecture and the landscape as a defining feature. Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H (the developer delivering the project), called it “a place of quiet retreat within the city.”
Aman Club Dubai Will Be the Brand’s Largest Globally
At the centre of Aman Dubai sits the global Aman Club, and it’s going to be the biggest one the brand has ever built. It spans 9,500 square metres and will include a spa, movement studio, indoor padel courts and outdoor tennis courts. There will also be a mix of private and communal spaces reserved for members, residents and their guests.
On top of the club, residents get priority access to the hotel’s own Aman Spa and Wellness centre, which covers 2,890 square metres. Dining and lifestyle experiences curated by Aman will also be part of the offering.
If you’re familiar with Aman’s existing clubs in other cities, this follows the same members-only model but at a significantly larger scale.
Who Designed Aman Dubai?
Kerry Hill Architects (KHA) is behind the design. The firm has a long history with Aman and has worked on several of the brand’s properties globally. For Dubai, the design draws on natural materials, clean proportions and a focus on light and indoor-outdoor transitions.
There are no glass towers or over-the-top facades here. The architecture is restrained and responds to the coastal setting and regional context. It’s a contemporary design, but one that feels grounded in its surroundings rather than dropped in from somewhere else.
Aman Residences Dubai: Availability and Sales
Demand for Aman Residences Dubai has been strong from the start. Both penthouses have already been sold. Aman hasn’t publicly disclosed unit counts, floor plans, or pricing for the remaining residences, but interest has been high enough for the brand to highlight them in its official announcement.
The residences are fully serviced, meaning you get access to Aman’s hospitality infrastructure as part of daily living. That includes housekeeping, concierge, wellness, dining and club access. It’s not a buy-and-figure-it-out situation. The service layer comes built in.
