Served daily throughout Ramadan from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and priced at AED 295 per person, Amelia’s Iftar set menu begins with the comforting rituals of the season. Guests are welcomed with plump dates, warming miso corn soup infused with ginger and coriander, and a vibrant guacamole with aji amarillo, yuzu kosho and crisp plantain chips—perfect for sharing 🤍.

The journey continues through Amelia’s signature Nikkei-inspired creations. Highlights include the indulgent Rollo de Camarones, featuring shrimp, halloumi, avocado, kimchi and truffle cream, alongside soft Wagyu Bao layered with shiitake, caramelised onions and fontina. Crisp, refreshing salads add balance before guests choose from an array of refined mains, from grilled sea bass and Pollo Asado to Australian Wagyu MB5 tenderloin, miso-glazed salmon, Risotto Nero or Flammkuchen à la Truffe 🍖🐟.
