At the heart of the experience is Kalea’s abundant Iftar buffet, thoughtfully curated to celebrate Ramadan traditions. Guests can enjoy Arabic favourites such as fragrant Chicken Machboos, Samak Taratore and slow-cooked Beef Salona, alongside Asian, Indian and international selections. Vegetarian options, live cooking stations and interactive chef experiences add variety, freshness and theatre to the evening. 🍲🔥

The experience concludes on a sweet note with a dessert spread designed for sharing, featuring warm date pudding, traditional Konafa Nabelsia and a tempting range of international sweets. 🍮🍰
