The evening begins with an abundant selection of hot and cold mezze, celebrating timeless favourites such as Hummus, Muhammara, and Moutabel, alongside crowd-pleasing bites including Kibbeh, Cheese Rakakat, Spinach Fatayer, and Falafel 🥙✨. Fresh classics like Tabbouleh, Fattoush, and Warak Enab add vibrant balance, complemented by an elegant charcuterie and cheese station featuring Beef Cecina, Beef Chorizo, Chicken Pistachio Mortadella, Salmon Gravlax, and a curated range of local and international cheeses 🧀🥓.
