The Iftar journey begins in true Ramadan spirit with a selection of dates, nuts, and refreshing Ramadan juices, followed by an array of cold mezze including Hummus, Labneh, and Moutabal, alongside warm bites such as Spinach Fatayer, Kibbeh, and Cheese Rolls. A refined selection of starters is then served at the table, featuring Punjabi Samosa, Lamb Kofta, Shish Taouk, and Shrimp Kebab, offering a rich and flavourful introduction.
