Iftar Experience – Sunset
Guests are welcomed into Montblanc’s signature majlis, where tradition meets sophistication under the evening sky. The menu, curated by the award-winning Ninive team, features a rotating selection of classic starters like Red Mullet Shorba, Kibbeh, and Baba Ganoush. Exquisite mains include Seabream Tangine, Braised Lamb Shoulder Tashreeb, and live stations serving Shish Tawook, Grilled Tiger Prawns, and Lamb Ouzi. Desserts range from Umm Ali to Cheese Kunafa.
Suhour Experience – Night
