This year brings new menus from a new resident chef, a refreshed drinks programme and a new overnight package, One Evening, One Night, which pairs dinner at the camp with a night at The Nest by Nara. One Evening, One Night: the new overnight escape
This is the headline experience of the new season. You check in to The Nest by Nara from 4pm, take a shuttle to Sonara Camp for the full Sunset & Dinner Experience, then head back to a private dune-shaped suite for the night. Breakfast is included the next morning.

Sunset & Dinner Experience
The full Sonara evening. You drive yourself into the reserve or arrive by camel from the DDCR gate, then start at the Sunset Lounge with drinks and canapés as the light turns gold.
Before dinner, pick from the desert activities:

The night moves into a plated signature menu, with live entertainment and the Sonara fire show to finish.

Dinner Experience
Skip sunset and go straight to dinner. The evening centres on a four-course plated dinner by Sonara’s new resident chef, served under the stars with live entertainment and the Sonara fire show.

Sunset Experience
The shortest and cheapest way in. Enjoy canapés and soft drinks, the falcon show and desert activities including sandboarding, a camel ride and soft archery, with background music as the reserve glows at golden hour.

UAE residents booking the Sunset & Dinner Experience for a group of four to six get free pick-up and drop-off from one location in Dubai. You pay the same AED 890 per person, with transport included.
