This January, prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary journey into the world of Parsi cuisine, as seen through the eyes of two exceptional chefs.

A Taste of “AHURA”

Under the skilled hands of Chef Jitin Joshi from The Crossing and guest chef Amin Ebra from the esteemed Belgrave restaurant, London, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, this unique menu promises to be a culinary masterpiece. “AHURA” offers a delightful exploration of Parsi cuisine, where bold spices, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors collide with the rich tapestry of Iranian classics and the vibrancy of Indian cuisine.

Limited Seating, Exceptional Dining

This exclusive event spans three unforgettable nights: January 30th, January 31st, and February 1st, all starting at 7 pm, at The Crossing’s private dining room. Each evening is limited to just 10 fortunate guests. The 15-course culinary adventure is priced at AED 375 per person (food only).

Chef Jitin Joshi’s Vision

Chef Jitin Joshi is thrilled about this unique collaboration: “I seized this opportunity to create collaboratively with Chef Amin Ebra to explore the historic connection between Parsi food and its Iranian roots. Our menu aims to showcase the gems of Parsi cuisine, reimagined with my Indian culinary expertise, while Chef Amin adds his unique touch to the beloved Iranian signatures.”

Prepare your taste buds for contemporary twists on classics like Chef Jitin’s Jardaloo Salli Margi (chicken curry with apricots and straw potatoes), Chef Amin’s Tahdig Gheymeh (crispy saffron rice topped with Gheimeh stew and potatoes), and Mirza Ghasemi (a harmonious combination of smoked eggplant, tomato, and garlic topped with a perfectly cooked egg).

Other delectable offerings include Chef Jitin’s Saas ni macchi, a special dish integral to Parsi New Year celebrations, and Chef Amin’s Koobideh Trio, taking juicy kebabs to new heights with exquisite toppings like barberries and pistachios.
