The specially crafted four-course set menu opens in true Ramadan spirit with dates, nuts and refreshing juices, followed by a generous spread of cold and hot mezze — think Hummus, Labneh, Moutabal, Spinach Fatayer and Cheese Rolls. Starters arrive tableside with Punjabi Samosa, Lamb Kofta, Shish Taouk and Shrimp Kebab, before the main course delivers warmth and comfort through Murgh Makhani, Goan Fish Curry, Gosht Biryani and Dal Makhani, served alongside Raita and freshly baked Tandoori Breads. The evening closes sweetly with Cardamom Kulfi, Umm Ali, Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai.
