Ever wondered what it would be like to sip a cocktail inside a dream? Not just any dream—a Dalí dream. You know, melting clocks, floating roses, velvet shadows, and flavours that make you question reality. Welcome to Bar Dali, the latest chapter in Maison Dali’s whimsical world, hidden inside The Opus by the late, great Dame Zaha Hadid. If “Alice in Wonderland” and a cocktail genius had a baby in Dubai, this would be it.
Bar Dali isn’t your regular bar. It’s a nocturnal fever dream, lovingly stirred and theatrically served by Beverage Director Vitor Hugo Lourenço, with support from Michelin-lauded Chef Tristin Farmer. Together, they’ve taken the idea of “going out for drinks” and turned it into an art installation with snacks.
Cocktails That Deserve Their Own Gallery
Let’s talk drinks—because honestly, you’re not ready. The menu, cheekily named BARTENDER, features ten jaw-dropping concoctions that are more like liquid poems.
- SYMPHONY: Think floral and delicate, like sipping music in a garden.
- LUNAR: Rich, peated, and umami—basically what the moon would taste like if it had taste.
- DEEP SEA: Elegant, moody, and mysterious (just like your ex, but actually enjoyable).
Each one is a performance in a glass. Snap it. Sip it. Swoon.

Bites That Bite Back
Let’s be real: cocktails without food is just fancy dehydration. That’s where Tristin Farmer steps in like the culinary superhero he is. His bar menu is all about flavour fireworks and cheeky surprises:
- Wagyu Hashbrowns (because potatoes just leveled up)
- Crispy Truffle Mochi (crispy outside, cloud inside, flavour overload)
- Rolls like Unagi & Foie Gras and Smoked Caviar & Wasabi—aka edible flexes.
Ambience That Flirts With You
By now, you’re sipping a cocktail named after a moon phase, nibbling on truffled mochi, and wondering how this place actually exists. Then the music hits—curated beats that turn your entire evening into a soundtrack moment. The lighting glows, the shadows dance, and just like that, you’re part of the art.

Red Passion Hour – The Best Excuse to Clock Off Early
