BBQ Bros is back on Dubai Creek. The live-fire grill at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek returned for its third season on 12 October 2026, and it’s open every evening from 5pm with a refreshed menu.

What’s New for Season Three
The grill is still the main event, but the menu has grown up a bit. New this season: Revisited Beef Tataki with sesame-ginger salsa and pickled vegetables, Smoked Burrata with creamy aubergines, and Grilled Sea Bass finished with sweet chilli and a crunchy crumble. There’s also a new run of pizzas, pastas and risottos, so the one friend who doesn’t want steak is sorted.
What to Order at BBQ Bros
- The steaks: US Prime Ribeye, Australian Wagyu Ribeye and Tomahawk, all straight off the fire.
- The Smash-Bros burger: two prime beef smash patties, melted cheddar, caramelised onions, dill pickles and the house smash sauce.
- Not a meat person? Go for the Fired-Up Baby Cauliflower with beetroot tahini, toasted nuts and pomegranate, or the Grilled Shrimps and Zucchini.
- Dessert: the BBQ Bros Pain Perdu, cooked on the grill and served with homemade caramel, vanilla ice cream, crushed nuts and grilled pineapple. Chocolate Brownie, Peach Cobbler and the BBQ Bros Bar are the backups.
Who’s Behind BBQ Bros
BBQ Bros built its name at Tomorrowland in Belgium and in Lebanon, Egypt and Kuwait before firing up on Dubai Creek in February 2025. This is its third season at the hotel, which tells you the Creek crowd keeps coming back.
Why It’s Worth the Trip
