Dubai T100 Triathlon 2025 Is Back

Dubai T100 Triathlon returns Nov 13–16, 2025 with pro races, amateur fun, & new events for schools and corporates!

Ready, set, SWEAT! Dubai is gearing up to flex those muscles and hearts (yes, we mean both literally and emotionally) as the Dubai T100 Triathlon Weekend makes a grand return from November 13–16, 2025 — and it’s coming back bigger, bolder, and with more Lycra than ever. If you thought 2024 was a sporty spectacle, wait till you see what 2025 has in store.

Organised in a tag-team effort by the Dubai Sports Council (DSC) and the mighty Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), this high-energy, high-endurance weekend is more than just a race. It’s a full-blown fitness fiesta with world champs, weekend warriors, and every kind of athlete in between, racing through Dubai’s iconic landscapes. And yes, the sweat is real.

Tri for Glory, or Just for Fun

Whether you’re chasing podiums or just personal bests (or even just a solid excuse to wear spandex in public), registration is now open. From the hero-level 100km challenge (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run) to the breezier Sprint distance (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run), there’s a lane, a road, and a vibe for everyone. Why Dubai Is THE Triathlon Capital Now

Let’s be real — Dubai doesn’t just do events, it throws spectaculars. With its futuristic infrastructure, sunshine on speed dial, and a vibe that screams go big or go home, it’s no wonder the city has quickly become a global triathlon hotspot. According to Eisa Sharif from the DSC, “Dubai hosted Olympic champs last year… and nearly 10,000 amateur legends.” No pressure.

And this year? They’re taking it up a notch with corporate relays (yes, Chad from accounting can finally use that gym membership), a Schools Event (cue the little triathletes in training), and the return of the beloved 5km Music Run, which is basically cardio with a DJ.

Dubai Fitness Challenge + T100 = Power Couple

The triathlon is also syncing its heartbeat with the Dubai Fitness Challenge — that month-long citywide sweat-a-thon encouraging folks to move for 30 minutes a day. So if you’re already doing the DFC, why not throw in a triathlon and feel extra accomplished (or mildly delusional)? Either way, your Fitbit will thank you.

According to Ahmed Al Khaja of DFRE, the event aligns with Dubai’s vision to be a global wellness and leisure destination under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. Translation: Dubai is chasing world domination — on a bike, in swim goggles.

The World’s Best Are Coming Back for Round 2

The 2024 T100 crowned Belgium’s Marten Van Riel and the USA’s Taylor Knibb as the ultimate swim-bike-run deities. They’re currently topping the 2025 global leaderboard, racing through scenic cities like Singapore, Vancouver, and San Francisco — all roads leading to the grand finale in Qatar.

But next up on the calendar? London, August 9-10. Tea, crumpets, and triathlons. What a time to be alive.

Final Word

If you’ve ever said, “One day, I’ll do a triathlon” — THIS. IS. YOUR. SIGN. Whether you’re racing for glory, fitness, friendship, or just for the post-race Instagram photo, the Dubai T100 Triathlon Weekend 2025 is calling your name. Loudly. With a megaphone. Wearing compression socks.

So grab your goggles, lube that bike chain, and dust off those running shoes. Let’s make November a month of high-fives, finish lines, and full-on fun.
