Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, the city’s first boutique art hotel, invites art lovers and the creative community to experience “Patterns of the Unseen”, a powerful solo exhibition by award-winning artist Abda Fayyaz. Rooted in the hotel’s philosophy of art, design, and storytelling, the exhibition offers a contemplative journey into the sacred geometries that connect humanity with nature and the cosmos. 🌌🖌️

Currently on view in the Hotel Lobby until 31 January 2026, the exhibition unfolds through two interconnected series—The Origin and Layers of Time. Through these works, Fayyaz bridges traditional Arabic calligraphy with contemporary abstract expression, revealing the invisible forces that shape existence. The Arabic letter Alif and the divine name Allah serve as portals into themes of unity, purpose, and spiritual consciousness, gently reminding viewers of humanity’s deep connection to the natural world. 🌿✨

The exhibition’s spatial design enhances this journey, moving from intimate, meditative pieces to expansive, cosmic-scale works, including a striking two-metre canvas. Together, they echo the idea that the personal and the infinite are inseparable.

The program culminates in a special edition of Blank Canvas, Hotel Indigo’s signature art activation series. This exclusive evening features a guided exhibition tour followed by a thought-provoking conversation between Abda Fayyaz and Hotel Indigo’s Art Manager, Yasmina Ali Yahia, exploring interconnectedness and spiritual awareness. 🎤🎶
