From sunset, families and friends can break their fast with a generous Iftar buffet thoughtfully curated to celebrate classic Ramadan flavours. Guests are greeted with traditional juices like jalab, kamar al dein, and tamer hindi, followed by comforting soups including lentil, chicken orzo, and Moroccan harira.

The main spread features a rich selection of regional favourites and grills — from kofta kebab, shish taouk, and shish kebab to kossa bil laban, Bahraini thareed, Arabic Ouzi, and chicken machboos. A live Arabian grill carvery paired with freshly baked Arabic breads in zaatar, sesame, and chilli flavours adds a special touch to the experience. 🍢🥖
