The “Cucina Mamma” Experience At MamaBella
The main highlight of MamaBella is the “Cucina Mamma” experience. It means every month, a different nonna from Italy will fly in to prepare dishes she has been perfecting for years. From handmade pastas to beloved regional specialities like lasagna, culurgiones, these grandmothers are bringing their best regional dishes to the table.
As Chef Alessandro Miceli says, “MamaBella is about giving a voice – and a kitchen – back to the original guardians of flavor. These women are walking cookbooks, and we’re giving them a platform to share their stories through food.”

The Mamma Studio
One of the most unique features of MamaBella is the Mamma Studio, a 12-seat communal table where guests can watch, taste, and learn. This is where the magic happens – not only will you enjoy freshly prepared dishes. But you’ll also hear the stories behind them, straight from the grandmothers themselves.
