The whole process is designed to feel discreet and personalised rather than transactional.
“We are extending the trusted Dubai Gold District experience beyond the store, allowing customers to purchase gold from the comfort and privacy of their homes. At the same time, maintaining the transparency and service that define gold shopping in Dubai,” said Muath AlRais, Senior Operations Manager, Dubai Gold District.

The service has launched with three participating stores: Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kanz, and Kalyan Jewellers. More retailers are expected to join over the coming months.

Malabar Gold & Diamonds noted that the service is seeing particular interest from customers buying investment pieces or high-value jewellery, situations where privacy and guided consultation matter more than browsing a physical display.
Kalyan Jewellers echoed that: customers want the competitiveness and transparency of Dubai’s gold market, just with more convenience built in.
