As part of its ongoing bi-monthly pop-up series, Revolver welcomes Chef Keren Ye. She is the mastermind behind Pekoe Tea & Bread Bar. You can join for a one-night-only culinary experience. Since its opening, Revolver Dubai has earned a reputation as one of the city’s most dynamic dining destinations. It offers a stage where chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds come together to showcase their unique creative visions. Each edition is a celebration of collaboration, showcasing innovative cooking techniques that blur the lines between art and cuisine.

Chef Jitin Joshi, Revolver’s Chef Partner, has been the driving force behind the pop-up series. In the series, they are collaborating with renowned chefs from around the world. These collaborations have not only highlighted the versatility of open-flame cooking. However, also introduced a host of inspiring flavors and dishes that captivate the culinary community.

Chef Keren Ye: Precision and Poetry in Pastry

For the upcoming pop-up, Chef Keren Ye brings her culinary expertise to the Revolver Dubai. Known for her intricate pastry techniques and her ability to seamlessly infuse traditional Asian flavors into contemporary creations. She is the Executive Chef of Pekoe Tea & Bread Bar, which was recently awarded Time Out Dubai’s Best Bakery 2024. Her food evokes nostalgia while surprising the palate, creating dishes that are both soulful and sophisticated.

A Menu Where Fire Meets Flour

The one-night-only event will offer a unique menu that combines the mastery of Chef Keren’s pastries with Chef Jitin. You can expect a symphony of textures and temperatures, each dish carefully curated to create a harmonious balance of flavors. Highlights from the evening’s menu include:

  • Mapo Tofu Spring Rolls
  • Sourdough Crumpet with Angus Beef Pepper Fry and Finger Lime
  • Argentinian Prawns in Chilli Garlic Sauce with Soft Mantou Buns
  • Steamed Tasmanian Salmon with Gochujang-Gireun Tarka
  • Basil-Scented Duck Kra Pao over Claypot Rice

For dessert, the evening will close with a Smoked Chocolate Mousse with Charcoal Meringue. Followed by an elegant Matcha and Hojicha Tea Parfait that offers a calming, smoky sweetness to round off the night.
