Few tables in Dubai offer a view quite like this. Third Avenue sits on Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall, and its terrace looks straight out at the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Now, the food is getting a new look, too. From 1 October 2026, the Third Avenue new menu leans into Mediterranean dining, with a strong Italian accent. The menu includes 17 new dishes and six refreshed favourites across appetisers, salads, pizzas, pastas, mains and desserts.
However, this isn’t a complete overhaul. The dishes regulars love are staying. The new plates simply give you more reasons to come back.
A Fresh Chapter for Third Avenue, Not a Reset
The idea behind the new menu is simple: keep what works, and build on it. Familiar favourites stay on the menu. Meanwhile, new dishes add variety, and some signatures get updated recipes and a new look on the plate. The result feels warm and familiar, in true Mediterranean style. It’s still unmistakably Third Avenue, though, with the modern, creative approach the restaurant is known for.
Pizzas and Flatbreads Built for Sharing
Start with the new Short Rib Flatbread, one of the most tempting additions to the starters.
The pizza list also grows with two new options:
- Lemon Chicken Pizza
- Seafood Pizza
Both are designed to go in the middle of the table, so order a few and share.
Where the Third Avenue New Menu Goes Fully Italian
The Italian influence is strongest in the pasta and main courses.
New pastas:
- Lemon Chicken Pasta
- Frutti di Mare
- Rigatoni Burrata
These sit alongside existing favourites such as Mushroom Risotto and Arrabbiata Pasta.
New mains:
- Sea Bass Fillet
- Milanese, with a choice of chicken or veal
- Pepper Steak

Burgers for When You Want Something Casual
Not every visit calls for a three-course meal. For a more laid-back lunch, two new burgers join the casual line-up:
- Chilli Smash Burger
- Crispy Chicken Burger
Desserts with a Local Twist
The dessert menu mixes Mediterranean classics with flavours closer to home. The new additions are:
- Tiramisu
- Brownie
- Pistachio Ice Cream
- Cookies with Karak Ice Cream
That last one is the one to watch. It pairs a cookie with ice cream inspired by karak, the spiced tea the UAE loves.
Six Old Favourites, Freshly Reworked
Six existing dishes have also been updated, either with a new recipe, new presentation or both:
- Truffle Fries
- Focaccia Garlic Bread
- Corn Salad
- Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- Truffle Mascarpone Pizza
- Lasagna
So even if you already have a regular order, it’s worth trying again.
Made for Long Lunches and Lingering Dinners
Above all, this menu is made for sharing. Colourful starters and pizzas come first. Then there are comforting pastas and generous mains. Finally, desserts round out the meal, with each course leading easily into the next.
It suits a relaxed afternoon on the terrace with fountain views. As the weather cools, it’s also a strong choice for outdoor dining in Dubai this winter. Equally, it works for a long dinner with family and friends.
