He credited this demand to Sharjah Executive Council Resolution No. 30, passed in November 2022, which granted all nationalities the ability to own various types of real estate after obtaining the necessary approvals.

The Sharjah Executive Council has approved reducing buying and selling fees on real estate transactions specifically for ACRES 2024. Real estate developers will pay a selling fee of just 0.5% during the exhibition. UAE and GCC nationals looking to purchase property will benefit from a reduced purchasing fee of 1%, while other nationalities will enjoy a low 2% fee.
