The two private dining rooms are located on the upper floor of the China Tang Dubai. They are designed with a blend of Art Deco elements and chinoiserie accents, reflecting both traditional and modern influences. The design features luxurious materials and finishes, including mirrored surfaces, rich textures, and warm gold details. The larger of the two rooms can accommodate up to 16 guests. The smaller room is suitable for up to 12 guests. Each room is flooded with natural light during the day, and the smaller room offers a striking view of the city skyline at night.
A key feature of both rooms is the large statement chandelier suspended above the central dining table. The design balances luxury with comfort, creating an environment that is both visually stunning and conducive to relaxed conversation.
China Tang Dubai’s Customized Dining Experience
China Tang Dubai provides a fully customizable dining experience, with a menu overseen by Executive Chef Simon Wu. You can choose from six set menus, each offering a selection of signature dishes. Such as Four Seasons Green Beans with Chilli and Garlic, Stir-Fried Australian A5 Wagyu Fillet in Black Bean Sauce, and Sir David’s Vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup. The restaurant also accommodates special dietary preferences, offering vegetarian options. Moreover, the menu can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each group.
Prices for the set menus start from AED 358 per person for lunch and AED 698 for dinner. The focus is on offering high-quality Cantonese cuisine with a contemporary twist, providing a refined yet approachable dining experience.
