Okay, Dubai. We see you. Just when we thought you couldn’t get any more over-the-top fabulous, you go and launch floating yoga and Pilates at the world’s highest outdoor infinity pool. We’re talking 77 floors up. That’s right—ZETA Seventy Seven at Address Beach Resort is officially taking your wellness routine to cloud level (literally).
Let’s set the scene: you, striking a Warrior II pose on a floating board, the Arabian Gulf sparkling below, and the iconic Dubai skyline looking like it was made just for your downward dog backdrop. Add in a few Insta-worthy snaps (because, obviously), and you’ve got yourself the most glamorous workout of your life. Fitness? Elevated. Ego? Also elevated.
But wait, it gets better.
This isn’t just any yoga class. It’s brought to you by Super SupFit, the masterminds behind those bougie, balance-challenging workouts on stand-up paddle boards at some of the world’s most luxurious spots. Think high-end, high-energy, and high-up—like, Guinness World Record high. Because yes, this particular infinity pool sits a casual 310 meters above sea level. No big deal.

So What’s the Vibe?
Twice a month, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, ZETA Seventy Seven transforms into a floating fitness sanctuary. Guided by the ever-enthusiastic Super SupFit trainers (a.k.a. your personal cheer squad on water), you’ll stretch, balance, and probably giggle your way through a combo of yoga and Pilates that’ll have your core crying and your soul soaring.
This is not your average “inhale-exhale” situation. It’s mindful, yes, but also majorly fun. You’ll be wobbling, flowing, laughing, and maybe even splashing a bit—but hey, that’s part of the charm. It’s like yoga, Pilates, and paddleboarding had a very glamorous baby.
Why It’s Kind of a Big Deal
Aside from being outrageously cool, this floating fitness fiesta marks the fourth anniversary of ZETA Seventy Seven—and what better way to celebrate than by doing sun salutations while literally saluting the sun from the sky? It’s luxe, it’s exclusive, and yes, it’s giving main character energy.
But here’s the thing: spots are limited, and this experience is basically screaming, “book me before I sell out.” So if you’re the kind of person who likes your burpees with a view and your Shavasana with a side of sky-high serenity, this is your sign to jump (or gracefully float) in.
