Orfali Bros Dubai Launches a 7-Course OG Tasting Menu for AED 350

Orfali Bros Dubai, the Michelin-starred restaurant currently ranked No. 37, has launched a new OG Tasting Menu priced at AED 350 per person.

Orfali Bros Dubai, the Michelin-starred Dubai restaurant currently ranked No. 37 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, has launched a new seven-course OG Tasting Menu priced at AED 350 per person. The menu brings together the restaurant’s most iconic dishes, including the legendary Corn Bomb, in one focused, story-driven experience.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to visit Orfali Bros Dubai, this is it. The Corn Bomb alone justifies the reservation. It’s the dish that made this restaurant what it is. And it’s now the opening act of the most accessible tasting menu Orfali Bros has ever offered.

A Orfali Bros Dubai Menu Built Around the Greatest Hits

Orfali Bros Dubai

Orfali Bros Dubai, currently sitting at No. 37 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, is a Michelin-starred fixture in Dubai’s increasingly serious dining scene. It has launched an OG Tasting Menu. Seven courses. AED 350 per person, inclusive of VAT. The premise is simple: take the dishes that built the restaurant’s reputation and put them in one room together.

It sounds obvious when you say it out loud. But for a restaurant that’s spent years pushing its own boundaries, there’s something genuinely interesting about the brothers deciding that the most compelling thing they can offer right now is a focused look at where they came from. For anyone charting the best restaurants in Dubai, this is the kind of menu that earns a reservation.

What You’re Actually Eating At Orfali Bros Dubai

Corn Bomb & Guess What Dish

The Corn Bomb opens proceedings. Then comes ‘Guess What?’ lacto-fermented tomatoes with cucumber, purslane, sourdough and feta, which cuts through with a sharpness that resets the palate in exactly the way a good second course should.

The Umami Éclair is one of the more technically specific things on the menu. It sounds like a list of ingredients from a fermentation lab. It tastes like the best thing you’ve eaten in months. ‘Roots’ leans into the Orfali brothers’ Aleppo origins — burghul, Aleppo chilli, olive oil, without overexplaining itself. The Aleppo Street Bun follows, and beef coppa in something that feels like street food and fine dining occupying the same bite.

The Orfali Bayaldi is the course that stays with you. It’s the dish that tells you the most about who these brothers are and where they’re cooking from. The final savoury course, ORF Labaniyeh, brings braised lamb neck and lamb bone marrow with mint, garlic butter and yoghurt. After seven courses, it lands with exactly the right kind of warmth.

The Add-Ons Worth Knowing About In The OG Menu

Optional additions are available, and two are worth flagging. The Caviar Bun (AED 109) arrives with smetana and premium caviar, rich, deliberate, exactly what it sounds like. The Kebab Bel Karaz (AED 75) pairs wagyu with a sweet-sour cherry sauce, parsley and pine nuts. This is the Orfali brothers’ take on a classic Aleppian preparation and arguably one of the most interesting things on the menu.

There’s also a non-alcoholic pairing for AED 80. Desserts are available separately from the counter overseen by Wassim and Omar Orfali. He is the Middle East and North America’s 50 Best Pastry Chefs of the Year if you want to extend the evening.

Why AED 350 Is the Right Number?

Dubai’s fine dining scene has a pricing problem. Tasting menus at this level of recognition often start at AED 500 and go considerably north from there. AED 350 for a Michelin-starred, World’s 50 Best restaurant built around the dishes that actually made it famous is a deliberate statement about access. It makes Orfali Bros Dubai one of the more compelling luxury dining experiences in Dubai that doesn’t feel like it’s asking you to justify the expense before you’ve even sat down.
